These terms cover your use of the Victory Lap app and its community features. Victory Lap is made by Little Planet Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using Victory Lap, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Who can use Victory Lap

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • One account per person.
  • Keep the information on your account accurate.

Your content

You own the photos, videos, posts and comments you create. By posting them, you give us permission to host, store and display them to the people your visibility setting allows, and to process them for moderation.

You're responsible for what you post, and you must have the rights to share it.

Community rules

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send:

  • hate, harassment or bullying
  • sexual content
  • threats or violence
  • content that promotes self-harm
  • spam or promotion, including ads, selling, referral codes and soliciting
  • content that impersonates someone else
  • other people's private information

Moderation

We moderate content with an automated word filter, automated screening of text, reports from users and human moderators.

  • Content that is held for review is visible only to you until a moderator reviews it.
  • If the word filter blocks something you wrote, you can appeal and a person will review it.
  • We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or terminate accounts that break them.
  • We act on reports promptly.

Reporting and blocking

In the app, you can report posts, comments, photos and videos, other people's profiles and groups, and you can block people. Blocking works both ways: neither of you sees the other's content.

Not medical advice

Workout data and overlays in Victory Lap are for information only. They are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

No warranty

Victory Lap is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Our liability for anything relating to Victory Lap is limited to the extent the law allows.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll also tell you in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
